This miniature wire-wound SMD power inductor is produced using fully automated winding, soldering, testing, and packaging equipment. Each unit undergoes 100% inspection before shipment, including testing for characteristic inductance, DC resistance, saturation current Isat, and interlayer insulation.
An inductor, also known as a coil or reactor, is an electronic component that resists changes in electric current. It consists of a single conductor (such as a wire) wound into a coil. When the current changes, the magnetic field in the coil induces a voltage that opposes the change in current.
