Applications

High Current Leaded Toroidal Inductors, wild used in electronic circuits, is an insulated coil that is wire wound on a ring-shaped form which is made of different materials, such as, powdered iron, ferrite or another material. This toroidal power inductor utilize the MnZn core and proivde the 0.25Amps of rated current at inductance 24uH. All series product is RoHS and REACH compliance.

    Toroidal inductors are mostly used when large inductances are required. They have more inductance per turn and can carry more current than solenoids with a core of similar material and size.
    To achieve higher inductance, better impedance, lower RDC, lower core losses, and higher saturation current, Zxcompo Electronics also utilizes nanocrystal cores, which provide better characteristics. Leaded toroidal line chokes are usually used in applications like voltage transformers and power suppliers, for switching frequencies up to 100kHz, and are perfect for filtering symmetric interferences.
