Ceramic chip inductors (multilayer structure) aim at high-frequency applications in a wide range of electronic systems, such as signal shaping and RF filtering. The high-frequency ceramic inductors have different sizes and features with very low core losses, high Q, and low inductance values. With the dimensions of multilayer ceramic chip inductors ranging from 0603(0201) to 3216(1206), Multilayer chip inductors feature a lower cost and miniature size compared with wire-wound inductors. Ceramic high-frequency chip inductors feature high frequency, high SRF, Excellent Q factor, and superior temperature stability. Stable inductance in the high-frequency circuit. Zxcompo Customization:
Normally, the Inductors of the multilayer structure will be chip beads to work as the EMI filter. However, for some applications, because of the limitation of the dimension, the customer also chooses the multilayer product, which works as the inductor. In high frequencies like GHz, the raw material for the core body will be ceramic. In some cases, the customer will use the multilayer chip inductor in the applications of DC-DC, where no high current passes through. However, due to the technological advances, the design engineer will need a product that has a small dimension but can carry a high current.
In addition to the standard features of our family of specifications, Zxcompo offers low minimum order quantities (MOQs), tighter tolerances, and custom products for different inductance and frequency applications.
