Thanks to the flat wire coil winding design, this series of inductors features a very compact structure. By thermally connecting the flat wire coil winding to the magnetic core, a larger ferrite surface can be coupled to the heat sink, enabling efficient heat dissipation. In addition to standard models, other inductance values can be customized according to customer requirements.
These RoHS-compliant and AEC-Q200 REV D certified inductors operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C. Typical automotive applications include buck/boost inductors for DC-DC converters (e.g., for 48V vehicle power supplies) or common-mode inductors in on-board charger input filters. In industrial electronics, they can be used as energy storage inductors and output inductors in high-current power supplies and PoL power supplies.
