A fully automated winding, soldering, testing, and packing machine produces this miniature wire-wound SMD power inductor. 100% check is performed before each shipment, which includes testing for characteristic inductance value, DC resistance, Isat current, and layer isolation.
Inductors, also called coils or reactors, are electrical components that resist changes in electric current passing through them. It consists of a conductor, such as a wire, wound into a coil. When the electric current changes, the magnetic field in the coil induces a voltage, opposing a change in current.
